What is a Grassroots Radio Conference? (GRC)

There were 4 days of sessions including workshops, guest speakers, and panel discussions. Over 150 community radio people came to come to the conference that was held on September 26-29 Sponsored by WHIV FM, New Orleans and held at historic Gallier Hall.
In 2011, Kansas City was the conference city sponsored by KKFI FM and Friends of Community Media.
